HNEP6060H Single-Component Relay Epoxy Sealant It is a one-part epoxy adhesive that cures to either a glossy black or a matte black finish. It offers a long pot life at room temperature and rapid curing upon heating. It is suitable for structural bonding and gap-filling applications, with curing conditions of 100°C for 60 minutes or 100°C for 10 minutes. After curing, it exhibits high toughness, excellent adhesion, and superior high-temperature resistance, delivering strong bond strength, impact resistance, and vibration resistance at the bonded joint.

HNEP6060H The cured material exhibits excellent dielectric strength and thermal resistance; after curing, it demonstrates superior toughness and high adhesive strength, offering impact resistance and vibration tolerance. It also provides outstanding resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as effective protection against moisture, water, oil, and dust, while maintaining durability under humid‑heat conditions and resisting atmospheric aging.
