Organic silicone adhesive sealant undergoes a condensation cross-linking reaction under the influence of water vapor, curing into a high-performance elastomer with a network structure, which has very good adhesion effects on most materials such as metal, plastic, and ceramics after curing.
Hinnel organic silicone gel is used for bonding and sealing, with excellent properties such as bonding sealing, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, thermal conductivity, and electrical characteristics, protecting components from the influence of moisture, dust, dirt, and humidity.

Usage
Pre treatment - Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, use cleaning agents to remove rust, dust, oil stains, etc. It can achieve no primer bonding for various materials, such as glass, metal, and most commonly used industrial plastics.
Glue application - Cut the glue nozzle to the required size and install it into the glue gun. Squeeze the adhesive solution into Clean the surface thoroughly to ensure even distribution. When bonding, simply close and fix the adhesive surface together. At room temperature and 55% relative humidity, the adhesive material exposed to air will complete "skinning" in about 15 minutes. Therefore, all processing procedures must be completed before skinning.
Curing - After the adhesive material has formed a skin, it will continue to cure from the surface inward. Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will solidify to a depth of approximately 2-3mm. In extremely deep layers, especially in areas where water vapor in the air is difficult to reach, it will take longer to fully cure. The curing time will be longer when the humidity is low. When handling and packaging bonded components, it is recommended that users wait long enough to ensure that the bonding seal is not affected. This depends on many factors, and for each specific application, it should be determined by the user themselves.
Attention: After the operation is completed, any unused glue should be sealed and stored. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
Limitations
The success rate of bonding on low (surface) energy plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and PTFE is relatively low. Users should conduct pre testing for each specific application to obtain satisfactory results.
This product has not been tested or claimed to be suitable for medical or pharmaceutical use.
Storage and Shelf Life
When stored unopened below 30 ° C (86 ° F), the product has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of production. The shelf life is marked on the label of each product's outer packaging. Products that have exceeded their shelf life must be tested for normal performance before they can be put into use.
