Wind turbines are devices that convert wind energy into mechanical work, which drives the rotor to rotate and output alternating current electricity. Wind turbines generally consist of components such as the wind wheel, generator, including devices, pitch control tail wings, tower, speed limit safety mechanisms, and energy storage devices.

First, analyze the adhesive requirements for wind energy motor encapsulation:

1. During operation, it will be affected by various corrosive environments, so it is necessary to choose adhesives with good corrosion resistance.

2. The motor generates a large amount of heat during operation, so it is necessary to select adhesives with good high-temperature resistance and thermal conductivity.

3. It should have good fluidity to ensure that the adhesive can fully fill all parts inside the motor, thus achieving detailed protection of the motor.
