Usage
Pre-treatment - Clean the surface of the object to be glued or coated. Use a cleaning agent to remove rust, dust, and oil stains.
Mixing - 400ml double tube packaging: Rotate 90 degrees to remove the lid, install the mixing tube, and put it into a professional manual, electric, or pneumatic glue gun for glue application. To increase reliability, do not use a few drops of glue that have just been squeezed out of the mixing tube to prevent uneven initial mixing and poor bonding effect.Attention: The mixing tube is a consumable item, and if it is used beyond the operating period, the mixing tube needs to be replaced again.
Kilogram packaging: Use automatic measuring/mixing/gluing equipment to evenly mix A/B components in proportion, and be sure to stir evenly.
Glue application - After glue is mixed, it shall be evenly applied to the two surfaces to be glued for closing and positioning during the operation period. It shall not move and bear the force until the glue has run out of gel. Pressure shall be applied to the base material as required to ensure full contact with glue to achieve the best bonding effect.
Curing - Room temperature static curing, or low-temperature heating curing. Before testing the comprehensive performance of the product, it should be cured at room temperature for at least 7 days or initially cured at room temperature and then heated for curing, such as 60C/2h. After heating and curing, the adhesive performance is better.
Attention: The curing time is greatly affected by temperature and adhesive dosage, and there may be slight differences in curing time under different temperatures and adhesive dosages.
Precautions
At low temperatures, the viscosity of material A will increase, while material B is prone to crystallization. Preheat the material to 25 ℃~45 ℃ to increase the fluidity of the adhesive and prevent excessive viscosity and the generation of too many bubbles. This product is sensitive to moisture, which can cause solidification bubbles. It is recommended to control the operating environment at 25 ± 5 ℃ and the humidity should be controlled below 60%. PCB boards or plastic shells that are prone to moisture absorption should be dried before sealing, otherwise small bubbles may form at the edges of the board and plastic shell.
Storage and Shelf Life
This product is non hazardous, protected from light, insulated, dry, and stored in its original unopened container at a temperature of 15-25 ° C. The shelf life of each component is six months from the date of manufacture. The shelf life is marked on the label on the outer packaging of each product. Products that have exceeded their shelf life must be tested for normal performance before they can be put into use.
Attention: The curing agent is very sensitive to moisture, and after adding the curing agent, the remaining curing agent should be immediately stored in a sealed container. A/B materials should be used up in one go after opening, or sealed again after filling the bucket with nitrogen gas.
