Hinnel polyurethane gel maintains permanent pressure-sensitive adhesion to most materials without the need for a primer after curing, excellent self-repairing capabilities, and can provide better sealing performance with self-healing functions in case of minor damage.
Hinnel polyurethane gel features high transparency, yellowing resistance, odorlessness, and is very environmentally friendly. We offer a variety of product combinations from sticky jelly-like to elastomer, suitable for applications in different industries.
Compared to silicone gel, polyurethane gel does not have toxicity issues and has better waterproof sealing properties than silicone gel.

Utilization
Mixing - The use of manual or automatic equipment will be the proportion of A/B components (weight ratio) evenly mixed, be sure to mix well, the gas mixed into the occasion, the need to mix the glue in the -0.09MPa above the vacuum degree of vacuum processing 2 ~ 3 minutes, more colloidal degassing time is appropriately extended. The purpose is to mix into the glue because of the mixing of air bubbles out of the internal, otherwise the glue filling good internal and surface there is a certain probability of air bubbles will appear. Mass production can be used automatic metering/mixing/glue injection equipment.
Potting - Either manual potting or automatic potting equipment with vacuum extraction and cylinder insulation. To be potting parts potting inlet upward horizontal placement, in the operable time into the potting adhesive and self-leveling. Complex device structure, large volume, should be poured in stages. Pouring bubbles can be used hot air gun and other blowing, can eliminate the surface of the floating bubble.
Curing - It is recommended to leave curing at 20℃~30℃, which is more conducive to eliminating air bubbles, or heating curing at low temperature when there are no obvious air bubbles inside and on the surface of the gel. Curing time is related to the amount and temperature of each mix, when the amount is large or the temperature is high, the curing time will be relatively shortened, on the contrary, the curing time will be lengthened. Catalyst will greatly shorten the curing time.
Cleaning - It is easier to clean the resin before curing, after curing, please use special cleaning agent to soak (e.g., tannic water, methylene chloride, board washing water, etc., but do not rule out that the cleaning agent will corrode the glue other than other devices, please be careful with the use of), softening, stripping.
Precautions
A/B material in the low temperature viscosity will become high, and B material is easy to crystallize, you can preheat the material to 25 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ glue fluidity, to prevent the viscosity is too large, produce too many bubbles.
This product to moisture, moisture will cause curing bubbles, operation is recommended to be controlled at 25 ± 5 ℃, humidity should be controlled <60%. PCB boards or plastic shells and other moisture-absorbent devices should be dried and processed before potting, otherwise the boards and the edges of the plastic shells may produce tiny bubbles.
Storage and Shelf Life
This product is non-hazardous. It should be stored in the original unopened container, away from light, heat and moisture, at a temperature of 15 to 25°C. The shelf life of each component is six months from the date of manufacture. The shelf life is marked on the label of each product's outer packaging. Products that have exceeded their shelf life must be inspected and found to be in normal performance before being put into use.
Please pay attention to controlling the storage temperature of Component B. Do not store Component B in a low-temperature environment. Maintaining an appropriate storage temperature can reduce the occurrence of crystallization. If crystallization occurs, please contact our technical personnel for assistance.
Note: The curing agent (component B) is very sensitive to moisture and the remaining hardener should be stored tightly sealed immediately after the addition of the hardener. A/B material should be used up as much as possible at one time after opening, or kept closed for a short period of time. Or fill the barrel with nitrogen and seal it again.
