1. Clean the surface: Before using silicone grease lubricant, it is necessary to clean the surface of the lubrication site to avoid contamination or affecting the lubrication effect. At the same time, if there is already old lubricant at the lubrication site, it also needs to be removed first.
2. Select an appropriate amount: Select an appropriate amount of silicone grease lubricant according to the size of the lubrication site and lubrication requirements. The amount of silicone grease lubricant used in different lubrication situations and equipment will also be different. In general, the amount of lubricant should be controlled within a certain range to avoid too much or too little.
3. Apply evenly: Apply the silicone grease lubricant evenly to the lubrication site, and use a brush, cloth or other tools to make it evenly distributed. If the silicone grease lubricant has a high viscosity, it can be applied with certain force to achieve even distribution.
4. Adequate lubrication: After application, let the silicone grease lubricant fully penetrate into the lubrication site to achieve the best lubrication effect. If the lubrication site becomes dry or rusted during use, the lubricant should be replenished in a timely manner.
