Application Method
1. Mixing Ratio: Electronic potting glue is usually a two-component system that needs to be mixed according to the ratio in the instructions. For example, the ratio of component A to component B for electronic potting silicone is 10:1, while the ratio for transparent electronic potting glue is 1:1.
2. Stir Well: Before mixing, ensure that components A and B are thoroughly stirred, especially since there may be settled pigments or fillers in component A that need to be mixed evenly.
3. Defoaming Treatment: The mixed glue can undergo defoaming treatment to remove bubbles. Place the mixed liquid in a vacuum container and defoam at 0.08MPa for 2-5 minutes.
4. Curing Conditions: Electronic potting glue usually cures at room temperature, and complete curing takes 24 hours. Environmental temperature and humidity have a significant impact on curing time.
 

Precautions for Using Electronic Potting Glue
Before operation, be sure to mix the two components evenly. If small bubbles do not affect the later performance, the vacuum defoaming step can be skipped. This saves some time and allows for quicker overall operation.
During the operation, it is important to understand the gaps. They should not be too deep or too wide; the width should be slightly larger than the depth. If the gap is too large, consider adding a sealing strip to enhance sealing performance. When injecting glue, try not to pause and do it in one go.
